These apartments are probably the best and affordable student housing there is. They offer so many deals and they also give so many free food and have many giveaways that are worth it. The office people are so helpful (Lorena and Jayden) they are super friendly and where we are coming from and are very adjusting. The maintenance guys are also very nice and helpful they help me and my roommates out a lot since we are all girls they help us move stuff sometimes.

Gurdeep was absolutely outstanding! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to address every one of my sister-in-law's concerns, explained the process clearly, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He didn't just complete the job—he thoroughly double-checked everything to ensure the issue was fully resolved the first time. It's rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, thorough, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service, I highly recommend Gurdeep. He exceeded our expectations!

Did a tour here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Management is very nice and the young man working maintenance, believe his name is Gurdeep, has a stellar attitude and will go far in life because of it. My cousin lives here as well and he helped fix some things and had the same to say about him and the staff here in general!

I am from India and moved in here at August. Initially, I found difficulty roaming in a new system in new country. But the management and staffs are so helpful here to guide me and allotting me the apartment. The maintenance staffs are so quick and efficient, I don't have to worry much regarding any stuff to be fixed in my home. Management always cooperated in every possible ways. Laundry rooms are good. Gym is available 24*7.. After 1 month of stay I can happily say that if you are a undergrad or grad student at UTSA, you can select Maverick as your good option of home within affordable price offered with best possible services.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to commend Gurdeep - the maintenance guy. I had issues with my tub drain and he helped navigate the problem and was done with the issue in 30 minutes! I was impressed with his knowledge and his sincerity. Thank you for helping me Gurdeep!
