My first 2 years, I had to deal with upstairs neighbors that played music until 5 am almost every night, and smoked weed constantly that it made our apartment smell. I have complained to management, they kept saying to call the non emergency police line, and I’ve had to call them so many times, and had video proof of my neighbors being loud- they did nothing. They moved out after 2 years thank god. So did one of my roommates, the one that lived right across from my room. Whenever someone moves out, they put a “DO NOT ENTER” sign on the rooms that are occupied, so the third party “company” they hire, know which room to go into and paint etc. I had a MAN unlock my LOCKED room door while I was sleeping and stare at me for 10 seconds. I was frozen in shock. I immediately called and emailed management, the first thing they asked if I removed the paper off my door. Now WHY would I do that. Why would a girl do that? Why in the world would I? And how did he even get a key for my room. This WAS NOT maintenance. This was the third party company they hired. Why would I even trust them? That situation put me in danger, invaded my privacy, and is probably illegal. Management told me to not worry because they finished renovations and won’t be in my apartment anymore. Well! Now I feel better :D thanks guys! How about you use all the money you get into doing background checks on the people u r letting in apartments and have free access to all the rooms even the ones that are occupied. This complex also works with trinity towing, which wasn’t an issue when I first moved in 2021- but they started working with them in 2022 I believe? And they like towing cars into the end of the city and making ur guests pay around $200-$300 :D oh and btw ur car isn’t safe as well! They might tow it by mistake even if its registered :D and this is so fun, when u want to move out, they will make up all these scammy charges

⭐☆☆☆☆ I just dropped off my son for his first year at UTSA. I was disappointed by the condition of the facilities compared to how they are advertised. The common area furniture is severely worn and damaged. The couch in the shared space has large sections of peeling upholstery, and the dining chairs are stained, faded, and clearly past the point of normal wear and tear. These are not minor cosmetic issues. They significantly impact the appearance and usability of the amenities residents pay for. What was even more frustrating was being told by a representative from the leasing office that they do not intervene in issues involving common areas. If management chooses to advertise these shared spaces and amenities as part of the resident experience, they should also take responsibility for maintaining them. Promoting attractive community spaces while allowing them to fall into this condition feels misleading the definition of false advertising. Residents deserve common areas that are clean, well-maintained, and reflect the standards presented during the leasing process. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in updating the facilities.

I had a great experience with maintenance at High View! They responded to my request quickly and handled everything efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. It’s really reassuring to know that they take residents’ concerns seriously and provide such reliable service.

So wiping up mold and not inspecting units is there motto here. They will just put a dehumidifier in your unit and leave for 48 hours instead of looking inside the walls where signs of mold are. Woke up this morning after there wipe up and the mold is still growing in my apartment. They claim I’m just seeing dirt. Oh and alexis is trash. The worst property manager. She’s weak and will refuse to speak to you in person because she knows you can use everything you have against her and she can’t handle the heat. And when you use your lease terms against them for the harm they have caused they’ll block you from getting out the lease because they claim they addressed the issue but they didn’t. Do yourself a favor and go to another complex. Absolutely a health hazard here and the state of Texas needs to come in and close this complex.

Horrible place to live at. Management sucks, they don’t listen to their residents. They should be improving their units but they are too worried about god knows what. If you have a maintenance issue good luck. Was told they “ fixed “ my issue but not a single person went into my apartment. They also have no sense of privacy. Was changing in my room and they just barged in while I was getting dressed. There is so many things wrong with this apartment complex. Just do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Even if its a good price. Just don’t.
