The apartment is easy to get into. They are quick to get you to sign a lease. However, the maintenance is terrible. Our freezer door is broken and so is our garbage disposal. It took months for someone to come out and just look at it to tell us it was broken. A few months have passed and we are still out of a freezer and a garbage disposal. The parking is terrible. The fees month to month are divided by how many residents live at the complex. Currently, a lot of people have moved out, which means we pay an extra $258. Since we moved in, we have had nothing but problems when it comes to billing. There have been times were fees weren’t added to rent and we had to pay immediately within a day or two. When we first moved in on October 1st, we got 8 weeks free. That’s exciting. Until December came and we were told we owed over $600 because the 8 weeks didn’t include some fees. That’s understandable but we should have been told sooner. We were then charged a late fee because of that miscommunication. The staff, Sierra, is really lovely and easy to work with. Unfortunately, these other issues are above her. I called the office requesting a call back from management. Ive emailed the office requesting a response from management regarding billing. Email was sent in February, it’s currently June and I’m still waiting for a call back. I have given up on trying to communicate with them and just decided to not renew my next lease.

The gate is never closed, day and night. The greens areas are never done, the pool is always dirty, there potholes on the entrance and it hasn’t been fixed in months. They take forever to respond for maintenance service requests

Genuinely the worst place I have ever rented at. Moved in December of 2024 and everything was good for maybe two months. The first major issue we had was our downstairs toilet completely overflowing and flooding the entire kitchen even though nobody had used it since the night before and it was perfectly fine when I left for work that day. We called the front office and they sent maintenance to check it out and all they did was flush the toilet a few times and tell me nothing was wrong with it. They didn’t help clean the mess, they didn’t send anybody to clean behind the cabinets to prevent mold growth and they didn’t fix the issue. A week or so later the exact same thing happened so we called maintenance and to his credit, this maintenance guy cleaned the water with a shop vac and pulled the toilet to find the issue but they still didn’t send anybody to do mold prevention even though I have a young kid and my wife was pregnant. Then our upstairs toilet did the same thing and started leaking water through our ceiling fan into the living room so I called the front office and she said she would send maintenance. We waited for almost two hours and when I walked to the office to see what was going on they had all gone home for the day without saying anything. Then when maintenance finally showed up they did the same thing as the first time, flushed the toilet a few times and said it was fine. When asked to look at the ceiling fan since it was separating from the ceiling, he said he would look at it Monday and never came back out. For the last five months that we lived here we couldn’t get any maintenance issues fixed and they stopped answering our phone calls. Moving out of here was the best thing we’ve ever done and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a great experience working with Liliana at the apartment complex. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. Liliana was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She followed up promptly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her customer service truly stands out! If you’re looking for someone who is kind, organized, and efficient, I highly recommend asking for Liliana. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Funny how this place used to have super Terri Lee reviews and a 2 star rating , and as soon as they stop maintaining the property and taking care of maintenance issues altogether ( as soon as Lilliana took over - interesting ) they all of a sudden have these uniform positive reviews . Don’t get it twisted - the people running this place are con artists . This is the worst place I have ever lived . When I pressured Lilliana about our maintenance issues that were being neglected she asked me if I wanted out of my lease!! Can you be any less professional?! They buildings are falling apart , and our ac has been acting up for a week and they still can’t get it fixed . Also the electrical circuits in most of these buildings are wired wrong and are a fire hazard . This place stinks and I feel sorry for anyone suckered into moving here - the pool was recently closed for 6 months ! And when it opened , they left the water contaminated and green . I could go on forever . You can find much better living for your hard earned money.
