Great apartment complex with nice amenities! I love spending time at the pool after I go work out in their 24 Hour Fitness Center. Also, having access to Printer 24 hours is so convenient especially when we get free pages for printing each month! Itzel gave a great tour!!

I wrote a review about campus edge’s lack of care toward any maintenance issue we’ve had, and im back to write another. If you can help it do not live here! There is a huge crack in my bathroom ceiling that leaks water all over my bathroom when it rains, which in San Antonio, is often. My roommate made a maintenance request for this issue back in APRIL. Two weeks go by and nothing was done to fix it. I call them in the beginning of May, May 2nd to be exact, and that’s when they finally sent maintenance to look at it. They left all of their supplies in my restroom for days and didn’t do anything. I was annoyed beyond belief. I had to go back to my hometown as my mother is battling cancer and I am her caretaker, so my roommate was kind enough to update me on the status of my leaky ceiling. It has been a month and a half and NOTHING has been done! I don’t pay nearly one grand every month to live in an apartment where my maintenance issues get ignored for weeks AND NOW MONTHS!! This is ridiculous! I have called and left messages to the office who are also no help. The best decision I made was to not renew my lease for this apartment. They will ignore you and make you live in dangerous conditions for a month without fixing your issue for who knows what reason. I wouldn’t be surprised if black mold starts growing and infecting the entire apartment building. It’s not worth the constant hassle, price, and staff begging residents to write them good reviews when they do nothing to accommodate for it. please stay away from here!

Please think ten times before signing a lease here. I saved money for a very long time to buy my car, and within two weeks of buying it, my car was stolen from inside this so-called gated community parking area. Later the car was found completely destroyed after an accident and I lost thousands of dollars. When I contacted the management, their response was basically that they try their best but they are not responsible for safety. So please understand that “gated community” does NOT mean your property is safe here. What shocked me the most was not just the incident, but how management treated me after that. I told them I am a student, I lost my car, and this situation affected me financially and mentally. Every time I see that parking area, it reminds me of the incident and it is very stressful for me. I requested them to help me cancel my lease for the next term because I no longer feel safe living here, but they showed no understanding and no flexibility at all. Everything was just “policy” and “contract.” It really felt like they did not care at all about what happened to me. Honestly, the way I was treated made me feel like they treat people differently and some residents matter more than others. I never felt supported or understood during this whole situation. Also be very careful with your resident portal and charges. I noticed extra charges appearing that even the office staff could not clearly explain at first. So always check your account carefully. I am a student and this incident caused me a huge financial and emotional loss, and dealing with management made it even worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please be very careful before signing a lease here.

Deanna is always so friendly and everytime I come into the front office I feel welcomed and greeted in a warm and welcoming environment. She is definitely one of the best workers here so far. I always look forward to seeing her when I go to pick up any packages.

Beware. Over charges for many items every month without properly explaining why. Not forthcoming about fees and hidden charges. Our surprise fees one month was the same as rent cost. Make sure your lease includes parking fees. Make sure you ask them to disclose your water and sewage fees. We were not notified and got many late fees even though we had it set to auto pay. Never accepts/approves your outside renters insurance and charge you so you pay twice. Some extra charges were due to them changing the pay system a couple of times. We paid as soon as we possibly could and were still charged extra. Nice facilities otherwise.
