If I could give 100 stars, I would! This review is specifically for Ms. Fabelo because she is the HEART of this entire community. From day one, she has gone above and beyond in every possible way. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. She doesn’t just do her job, she truly cares. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. Every concern was handled with patience and genuine understanding. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who treats residents like family, but that’s exactly what she does. This townhome complex is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained — but Ms. Fabelo is what truly makes it exceptional. Her positive energy and dedication make all the difference.

I recently moved to Belcara Luxury Townhomes and have been extremely disappointed by the management's treatment of tenants. While the property looks appealing from the outside, prospective renters should be aware of serious management issues. Key concerns: Lack of communication: I've been trying to reach the property manager for nearly two weeks regarding unauthorized charges on my account. My phone calls and emails have gone unreturned, with no acknowledgment of my requests. Inaccessible office: The front office is frequently closed during posted business hours. When open, the receptionist has been dismissive and unprofessional. Questionable billing practices: Multiple unjustified fees have appeared on my account without explanation. When I've attempted to dispute these charges, management has been unresponsive and unwilling to provide clarification. Disrespectful treatment: Staff consistently show disregard for tenant concerns and needs. The overall attitude toward residents is condescending and dismissive. I'm now considering legal counsel to address what appear to be improper charges. I strongly advise potential renters to carefully research this property and consider other options. The aesthetics of the complex do not compensate for the poor management and lack of basic tenant respect.

My fiancé and I lived a year and a half here, and while the apartment itself wasn't a nightmare, it’s far from worth it. Management is useless—parking is a mess, and they’re hardly ever around. The mailbox keys they gave us didn’t work, and when I asked for help, they shrugged it off and told me to get a new key from the post office—without even knowing which box was ours! We also dealt with a mild bug problem but chose to fix it ourselves, knowing maintenance would just put a temporary fix on it. Overall, this place is poorly managed. If you’re looking for an apartment near the medical center, save your money and find somewhere better.
