Absolutely the worst company in the whole U.S.! Do not maintain the properties, rent is overpriced, hidden fees, terrible communication, no accountability, and you will for sure get booted in their properties over a stupid reason and they will do nothing about it. Do not rent from them!

Extremely unprofessional, will not answer the phone and seem to be impossible to contact. Don't rent from these people, they will stop at nothing to take as much of your money as they can with no service in return.

Blatantly violating the contract we had signed with the property's previous owners. I've been left unable to pay rent due to lack of avenues to actually do so, and have been left with no response from any of the numerous times I'd tried to get in contact across 5 different methods. Avoid at all costs
