The Ross Apartments, salisbury-md

I’ve lived at The Ross for about a year now and I actually really like it here. It’s reasonably priced and safe for students.

I highly recommend this apartment. It's a great building and has fantastic people. Abraham was super helpful and a fantastic leasing agent.

I’ve lived at the Ross located in downtown Salisbury now for 14 months on my second lease … hands down the coolest place to live … Great pricing .. Great staff .. Fast maintenance team .. 2 lounges for all residents.. high security so not just anyone strolls in .. My roommates and I have had several issues with our apartment. We moved in last August into the new building and from the start our unit was filled with leftover construction dander and we had several leaks in the apartment. We left a maintenance request for the leaks and they were supposedly fixed, but there are still continuous leaks throughout the apartments exposed piping. Because of these Leaks my roommate’s closet is filled with black mold. We have been reporting the leaks to maintenance and We have reported the black mold four times. So far all that has been done is the mold has been removed and painted over. We believe that the mold is spread throughout the building because of the continuous leaks in our apartment and in others apartments. Our entire apartment smells like mold, all of our clothes smell like mold, and our whole floor smells like mold. My roommate who lives in the most exposed room has been sick for three weeks. We have two cats that live in this apartment being exposed to black mold every day. On top of all of this our rent has been raised $200. I would not recommend living in this apartment building.

I got to tour The Ross and loved the space. The Ross was amazing with beautiful views of the entire area! The lounges were so cozy & comfortable to do work or hang out in. Bedrooms and living area were so spacious! I loved the lay out of the apartments as well! Beautiful work!
