The Gathering, salisbury-md

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience touring The Gathering in Salisbury! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite things about the community is how calm and peaceful it feels. The property has such a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the pool is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day. I also fell in love with the floor plans, especially the newly renovated units. They are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with updated finishes that really make the apartments feel like home. The model unit was absolutely gorgeous and made it so easy to picture myself living there. If you're looking for a peaceful apartment community with beautiful renovated homes, an amazing staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out The Gathering. I was so impressed with my experience!

I started my lease here last August and have loved every part of living here! The living space is very homey and the perfect spot for college students. I absolutely love my walk in closet and the spacious bedrooms. I have also had amazing interactions with the staff here, especially Kim! She is very personable and very helpful. Overall an amazing experience!

Save yourself and do not rent from them!! They raised rates like crazy last year and screwed themselves since no one wants to live there. Girls left the place spotless and still got charged fees. Any positive google reviews I’m sure was to try to win a giveaway.

I loved living at the gathering the past 2 years. The units and property are very clean. All my issues were always resolved very quickly and maintenance always responded by the next. I will miss living here!
