Maintenance is extremely helpful, speedy, and very nice, I always love seeing Dallas around and Dwight came through quickly and effectively unblocked my tub! Orders are done the next day from my experience. Also Dallas hooked me up with some water for my turtle to chill in outside with me!! Pretty lovely staff for the most part, also veryyyy understandable with late rent and kind when handling matters in that genre Although, Stephanie is a completely unhelpful rude worker. Would not recommend speaking to her.. I was very nice over the phone with her and she quickly got snarky and rude as I was taking up more of her time and asking questions, she then made a comment about the number of questions I asked and proceeded to get ruder as I was now offended, she basically ended the conversation by saying she couldn’t help me! The flatts also moved us in with roaches!!!!! and I received zero compensation even though we could not unpack our belongings or use the kitchen, they were also living inside our couches and after we had request new ones, the flats stated they’d be in by the ends of the week…. We have lived here for a full lease and never received new furniture even after they knew the state of everything and promised us new ones… they also use poorly made appliances, as I came back to my home to a broken sink after my soap dispenser tumbled in

The leasing team at The Flatts has been wonderful to work with. Camryn, Amber, and Stephanie have all been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the leasing process. They were always quick to answer my questions and made everything much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service.

The most unorganized apartment complex ever!! Their management is SO RUDE, I have had conversations with both Stephanie and Jamie and they were extremely rude and passive aggressive. If you’re looking for a welcoming home in Salisbury, I don’t recommend the Flatts at all. They make this place feel like a chore, I would go to University Orchard or The Ross for sure!!! I wish I could go back and choose where I lived for my senior year and of college again because it sure wouldn’t be The Flatts! Since they replied…let me reiterate that one of THEIR team members told me if I emailed they would allow my boyfriend to grab the rest of my belongings in my bedroom. He then traveled all the way from Jersey, mind you I never received anything back from the email I sent stating this could not happen. When he got there he was rudely told that he could not be let in and then got escorted out like he was in trouble. Also, this is not the first time someone who was not me or my roommate was let in. Back in May I needed a family member to go get my wallet I had forgotten and Cameron did let her in to get it so I had no clue about this policy! Not kind people at all and they didn’t want to offer anything in return for THEIR mistake and they couldn’t even admit that in their response to me or even apologize. I am not angry about the policy I am furious on how it was handled. Please consider this when you’re signing your lease.

Our daughter is a new Salisbury student as well as first time renter at the Flatts and our experience has been seamless. The property is well maintained and the staff is amazing. The shuttle service to and from campus is a definite A+ amenity. All concerns have been addressed quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely recommend this property anyone looking for close-to-campus housing!

Living at The Flatts in Salisbury was an amazing experience. I normally do not bother to write Google reviews but I feel compelled to submit this one because of their wonderful front office and especially Ms. Stephanie Hall, their Resident Manager. My son was a senior at Salisbury University this past fall semester and graduated in December 2025. Stephanie made sure that he could move in early back in August and was able to find another person to take his lease starting this month. She promised that the process would be smooth and she was correct. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure my son had a great experience and was wonderful to work with. She handled my constant phone calls and is a true professional. The Flatts ownership is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable manager. As a result, I believe that this is the place to be in Salisbury. Thanks to Stephanie, her front desk staff, and the maintenance staff, I recommend the Flatts in Salisbury over any other apartment complex in the area.
