By far the worst place I have ever lived. I signed a year long lease here and everything breaks. The landlord is also very unresponsive and can’t seem to get anything done. If you want to high rent and cold showers with low water pressure live here.

Very safe upscale building. Nice furniture and amenities. Very affordable pricing for a newer building. Heated garages, and lots of security. Close to St. Thomas campus and bus stop in front of the building. The management is great and responds quickly to maintenance issues. A+

We signed a lease for a year. It is overpriced and built with cheap materials. We had a fly infestation and packages stolen. The owners didn’t do anything for us. They are young and don’t have a lot of experience in managing. They aren’t very responsive. All four of us were happy to get out of the year lease and pay $400 less per month each for a house where we have our own rooms.

When I moved in, it was still dirty. Blinds broken, toilet paper roll off the wall, and just simply overall poorly constructed. Broken drawers and unresponsive to any request for concerns or fixes. Often times the side door by the garage was open which was very unsafe. Not worth the money in the slightest.

Absolutely love this building! The apartment is always clean and management is over in minutes if you need anything. I was a sophomore when I moved in and I'm planning on staying here through my senior year.
