To me, the CTC was more than a residence. It was a community of diverse members who have the best interest of the place and neighbors at heart. I found neighbors of multiple nationalities and got to build friendships with those of my culture and those who come from different regions as well. Sub-communities would arrange inclusive events to celebrate multiple types of religious or national observances and invite everyone. It is nice balance of affordability and quality for student families compared to other alternatives I got to explore when I needed to move out after graduation. I highly recommend this place especially for families with children as it falls in an excellent school district (Roseville elementary, middle, and high school with school bus) and St Paul (walk distance elementary). It is also a safe compound for children with multiple playground options.

My partner and I really enjoy living in the co-op. It’s a great value and a step up from where we were before. Very family oriented with a lot of internationals families located here. Noise is not an issue and it’s very peaceful. Highly recommend this property to anyone considering moving.

The 9 days to Juizhaigou is rather tedious for seniors above 65 years old as there are 3 mountains to climb which are rather of high attitude. Food wise almost same taste throughout the 7 days. Alot of time on on road from places to places. Optional tours not as interesting. Overall is quite ok.

The upper units (according to my own experience and my friends') are very noisy. In the time of MN state fair, the fireworks at 10 PM is a pain in the neck. The other problem is the way the staff treats the community. It might not be appropriate to name, but Yara is an example of a person I would never want to turn to. Responding with anger, talking down and not being informative, made me realize the staff might not be very into their work. The time they take to process the maintenance request is another problem. Took more than two weeks to check why my bathroom does not have hot water. Another problem: the fines and charges are ridiculous. I have been living in Pavilion On Berry for two years and paid less than 250 bucks for utility for the period of my stay there. Came to CTC since Aug 5th this year (now is Sep 4th) and paid 200 bucks only and only for AC unit. They expect you to know everything by yourself. I would never recommend this place to an enemy, leave alone a friend.
