I’ve loved living here overall! Really utilize the free, black-and-white printing, very cleanly amenities, like the study room, clubhouse, and pool. Staff was always very approachable, and maintenance was very quick! Always loved the events that they would host multiple times a month as well, very engaged with their community. Was a great place to live overall, had great roommates, only reason I’m moving was because of the commute to work. Would totally recommend!

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is clean, quiet, and just feels comfortable overall. The area is super convenient too, everything I need is close by which makes daily life easy. Also, management has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something, which I really appreciate. It just makes the whole experience way smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill, easy place to live in Sacramento.

Mike the supervisor for maintenance is the absolute best. He's always super cool and helps out whenever you need something. Top best maintenance guy ever 10/10. Literally always makes you laugh never a dull moment with him!

Changing my review because of the way they handled my move-out: I previously had been living at the Wex for the past two years now since moving to Sacramento. While convenient, it’s definitely overpriced. The new management doesn’t do a good job of communicating changes with its residents and will put its residents in difficult positions due to this. I had to do a relet and found someone to take my lease over for the rest of the summer but they failed to effectively communicate the new terms they came up with both myself and the person who would be taking my lease over. I reached out to them to resolve the situation and was met with no compromise and a lack of accountability. I am very disappointed in the way they handled the situation and couldn’t help me resolve the unfortunate situation they put me in. Plus it’s been more than 2 months and they still haven’t sent me my deposit back… please do better.
