The Crossings Apartments, sacramento-ca

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I lived here for 2 years now and I can say this student living is by far the worst you can pick. Do not live here. Parking is 175 a month yet cars are still getting broken into. Management does nothing to help solve your issues, they just want your money. If you have nasty roommates that smoke weed in the apartment they won’t do anything about it unless you give the specific evidence they want. They will charge you for things you have no control over. Cars get towed wrongfully here. My car got towed within 5 mins while I was moving out. I was doing the same thing this other truck was doing. Why did my car get towed and the truck didn’t. This place always smells, the elevator is always nasty, and then you got homeless people dumpster diving.

Before i moved recently. Since 2021 I have been living at this site. It was relatively safe, comfortable, and liveable. But it went through at least 3 different management teams. And the current one peakmade. Doesn't listen nor care about concerns or complaints. They love money more. The parking is non existent, they hate To do deals and business to get you out of contract. The office staff told me because of my current balance they can't find somebody for the room but the account management said otherwise. It's a good temporary housing for students or those who's improving their Financials. Besides that it's dirt

Melissa was awesome! She was able to answer all of our questions that we had and also was able to clarify incorrect information that was sent by email. The property is very nice and I feel safe letting my daughter reside on the property.

Do not move here! If you value your vehicle and property at all, this is not the place for you. There is not enough parking in the complex so residents have to park on the streets. The street parking is marked no parking 10pm-6am and Sac PD makes it a point to ticket cars every night. Sac PD does nothing to stop the vandalism and breaking in to cars but you will certainly receive a parking ticket. Crossings was contacted and there was nothing they could or would do about it. Sac parking was contacted and they informed me that Crossings petitioned the city for the no parking signs for the roads around the complex due to the homeless committing crimes around the complex. All the signs effectively do is make it so residents (who are mainly students) receive $62.50 parking tickets almost every night while cars continue to be broken into and damaged. It's a nightmare and no one cares. Move somewhere that cares about its residents and provides ample and safe parking because this isn't the place.

Now that I finally moved out let me say This was the worst apartments I ever lived in It’s first started with my down stairs neighbor 1108 he start banging on my door so many times hit his top wall so we can hear it and there many times I went to the office if you have no prove there no point of going to the office and than it’s was my top floor being so loud to the point I never got any sleep and same thing u have to have prove nothing ever gets solved and than you will always have people screaming out their windows so many times there even people who throws things out the window there always cops and everything there every weekend I even had security make me feel like they just don’t care about what going on if you call them more than once they will have attitude with you and I even had one that was by my door reading my paper that was left on my door I constantly never felt safe over there to the point I had to get a ring camera to feel some what safe and people will leave trash in the hallways and it’s will smell so bad to the point you wanna throw up and I will say the only good thing over there is the maintenance people I loved them soo much they were always so nice and helpful They deserve a raise or something they run that place they made sure everything was cleaning but if I was you I would not sign with them trust me RUN FAR AWAY PARENTS PLEASE DON’TBRING YOUR CHILD HERE and good luck ever try to break your lease with them like I felt so stuck over there I am just glad I got out of there
