Its about what you expect, rent is cheap which is nice, and you don't have to pay for any other utilities. I never personally had a problem with maintenance or management. Package pick up times are a bit wack.

This is the worst place I have EVER lived. I don't even feel like going over all the problems I've encountered or how many times they have tried to take money from me without me knowing. The other reviews say it pretty well. I have no idea how Google says this place is rated at 3 stars, it should be 0 stars honestly. Maybe those other reviews are fake? I wouldn't doubt it! It's absolutely worth it to pay more for another apartment, because this one will take shadily take just as much if not more money out of your pocket one way or another. The staff rarely answer anything, it takes 20+ calls and emails to get ahold to anyone during office hours. The management act as if you're an unwanted burden. I'm so happy I'm finally leaving this terrible place.

This property has demonstrated ongoing negligence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for tenant safety. I have documented mold and water damage in my unit since May, and despite repeated notifications, management has failed to resolve the issue. I have been displaced from my leased apartment since September, with no access to the unit I am paying for. Management continues to withhold compensation until “repairs are complete,” even though their repeated delays are the direct cause of the ongoing habitability issues. The property manager refuses to provide written confirmation regarding the presence or absence of mold. When I requested mold-testing documentation, I was informed that the results could not be released without regional approval — yet the regional manager has been completely unresponsive for over two months. My cameras confirm that no certified mold specialist has entered the unit, contradicting management’s claim that testing occurred. I was temporarily placed in a unit that had a broken window that did not lock, shattered glass on the ground, and nighttime disturbances involving individuals banging on the window, creating an unsafe environment. The unit was never properly cleaned or secured before placing me in it. Management has also disclosed personal information to other tenants without my consent, violating basic privacy standards. Staff communication is hostile, inconsistent, and dismissive. Mail pickup is restricted to unreasonable hours, creating additional barriers for residents. I paid $250 for a unit transfer after only two months of occupancy; no repainting occurred, no carpet was steamed, and only minimal cleaning was performed. That unit is now uninhabitable due to water damage and mold, and management still refuses responsibility. This complex has repeatedly shown a pattern of negligence, misrepresentation, and unsafe practices. Do not lease here

Please believe every review you see. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The rent is a bit cheap compared to a lot of the other nearby places, but it’s honestly worth the extra $70-$100 to just live somewhere else. The move in process was absolutely awful and ended with me and my roommates moving in a week and a half after we were supposed to. Our apartment wasn’t clean at all and had numerous random bugs roaming through it the first week we were there. The office staff are genuinely some of the most unprofessional and inefficient workers ever. I have not had any central AC or heating since mid-February and we've submitted several complaints about this. Half of them were unanswered or they were answered and we were told we had to wait an undefined amount of time for it to be fixed. 4 months later and it still doesn’t work. You literally cannot get into contact with anybody from the corporate office without jumping through several hoops, just for them to never actually try to resolve your issue. Again, you’re just better off living ANYWHERE else.

If you are thinking of moving here please close the website and run away from this place as fast as you can☺️. I have had problems with this place EVER SINCE I MOVED IN, IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR. So here are some things that have happened to me that might change your mind of living here! 1. They gave our room to someone else on moving date so we had nowhere to stay for two weeks 2. Our kitchen ceiling is literally falling apart 3. Spiders EVERYWHERE even my room had spider eggs all over the ceiling! 4. Kitchen Sink stank! 5. AC has been broken since February and it’s JULY and I keep calling and apparently they “keep waiting on a part” 6. Office people are rude and not helpful at all 7. Can’t get into our mailboxes 8. Washer and drier are so small most of my good clothes got stained 9. Parking lot is just not safe and my car got broken into 10. Our front door is full of spiders and bugs 11. Water leaking from the ceiling 12. Bathroom sink clogged 13. All Doors in my complex don’t lock! 14. Bathroom floor had glue all over it from when they put the floor! Also just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s better than somewhere more expensive trust me go somewhere else😭 Also here are some pics of just how bad this place is!
