It's not perfect, but it's definitely better than living on campus. The apartments are generally in good repair and look nice. The outside is ok apart from the pervasive smell of weed near some of the buildings. Maintenance is very inconsistent though. For the most part they resolved issues quickly, however our smoke alarms were so ridiculously oversensitive that they sometimes went off preheating an empty oven, and maintenance wouldn't change them despite repeated requests. Other than that we didn't have any issues, so overall it's decent.

The preserve is aesthetically pleasing & hospitality competent. However, they are money hungry. Please be careful and be extremely aware on what you're being charged or you'll have numerous fees that you're not aware of. Also, the leasing manager , Danielle isn't the friendliest. Everyday there's a new leading assistant so it'll be hard to hold someone accountable! Month to month fees for a 5 month lease! I could go on....If I could've left 0 stars, I would've. $90 TO CLEAN A BEDROOM
