The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. This apartment is close to the campus which is big plus. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash). Heated water is available 24/7. Both the buildings have a study lounge. There is also a piano available which the residents can use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here

I think the infrastructure and staff of IV are both good. There is a game room where you can play billiards and a basic gym you can use for 24 hours. They often hold some interesting activities where you can play games and enjoy free food. And the staff here are kind and helpful, including Nathalia and so on. You can check in at late-night, you can call CA at any time as you need help. All in all, I think living here is great!

I really enjoyed living at IV. It’s very close to UCR, and the facilities and staff are both excellent. Utilities like water, electricity, and internet are all included in the room. Staff are available 24/7, so we can easily check in at any time or borrow things like pool balls and cues. And Nathalia has helped me a lot, e.g. printing documents, helping me find lost takeaways etc.There are also fun events held regularly. Overall, I’ve had a great living experience here.

I really like the facilities in International Village. It is especially a good fit for students who focuses on study. The furniture is simple but very function——a drawer for cloths, a desk with bookshelf and a twin size bed perfect for on person. The toilet is small but is very clean. All the facilities are relatively new and you can just check in with luggages. In addition, it always has some activities for student such as final studying session with free pizza, decorating your own vase to let you relax and make new friends. All of these things give me a sense of home. I really appreciate it as it accompany me to pass the TOEFL test and successfully got the graduate offer from my dream school as well as one-year exchange program in UCR. Also it will assign roomates from other countries as yours, letting you immerse into the international atmosphere. You can borrow simple cleaning tools such as plug and mirror cleaning with your ID card from the front desk, which will save you a lot of money. Some problems may be the late processing of ordered package, the regular strick mid-quarter sanitary inspection and the smoke dector which may be triggered frequently. But all in all, it is still a good choice.

I have spent some wonderful days here. This place has given me precious memories and allowed me to meet many new friends. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is also fantastic, being within walking distance to UCR and grocery stores. Overall, my experience here has been truly delightful, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
