I’ve really enjoyed my time at campus crossings. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, the apartments are clean and well cared for. There’s also occasional events for residents, which is really nice.

Great college apartment - keep expectations reasonable: This was my first time apartment apart from on campus dorms. This is a good place to stay when attending UC Riverside - located at the corner of campus (baseball fields) and 15 minutes walk from the middle of UCR. Here is my 2 cents: 1. Quality of the move-in process will be hit or miss: my unit quite obviously had either missed a pre-move-in inspection or had too many problems to correct before my roommates and I arrived. At the time the complex only had two maintenance workers so my unit had some very glaring problems that took many weeks to correct, but once all maintenance requests were taken care of, it was smooth sailing going forward. 2. Super quiet community - you'd expect the complex to some sort of noise, small party or occasional group of college students mingling around being so close to campus, but there is absolutely no problem with any sort of noise. I barely see anyone else around. 3. The complex will be very modest in terms of luxury, and that extends to quality of appliances, fixtures and other inconveniences. Keep in mind that water shut-offs happen pretty often for maintenance. But definitely at a price you can not beat so close to campus. 4. Lots of nice-to-haves around the block: Gated complex that extends to the parking lot. Lots of grass, trees, and flowers that are regularly maintained. 5. Physical apartment aside, community staff is extremely friendly and live in the complex.

Enjoy living on our small ‘campus’. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Maintenance and office personnel are responsive and thorough.

I’ve been a resident for almost 6 years and the experience overall has been wonderful. This location is very convenient, being near gas stations, UCR, the grocery store and many restaurants with delicious food. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable when any questions came up. There’s amenities that essential and nice to have such as two laundry facilities and a pool and hot tub for relaxation after a busy day. Pets are also allowed. They ensure to have cleaning stations for them and help keep the property neat and welcoming to all. From having roommates, to building up to my own individual apartment, Campus Crossings makes the transition as easy as possible without breaking the bank!! I would recommend living here to students and others looking for a great place to live.

I have been a resident of campus crossing for the past 3yrs. My experience here has been amazing. The apartments are well maintained. I have never had any problems living here.The maintenance team has been very afecent with fixing things in my apartment. The office team has been very helpful with answering all my questions. They are very nice with my dog Maple.
