Love the property manager! She communicates and observes well. I appreciate how on it she is and how much she cares. My floors were nice, amazing cabinets, and just a cute space. I wish I could have stayed longer. The neighbors were nice and quiet 90% of the time. The laundry room here is nice and always clean. You do see maintenance keeping it up. Anyways, love this place!

My fiancé and I have lived in these apartments for about 2 months now and it has been great. Any issues that arise always get solved with top priority, and it is nice and relaxing here :) the property manager Neyda is super friendly and helpful. I can honestly say I have zero complaints and it’s been a great first apartment for my partner and I. We also enjoy that it’s close to downtown and university village so there’s never a shortage of good restaurants nearby.

I had a lease here from 04/23 to 04/24 and in that year we went through 3 different property managers, all of which do not communicate with the tenants. It takes at least a dozen texts/phone calls to the current manager just to get a short, generic response. My lease ended on 4/30/24 and I even put in my 30 day notice at the appropriate time and they are charging me for rent for May despite me handing over the keys and speaking to the property manager face to face. I asked him to remove it and he said he would but days have gone by and nothing. Maintenance guys told me that they aren’t allowed to use quality materials and are forced to use cheap material for repairs. From day 1 moving in the floors were uneven, we were missing screens on 2/5 windows, one of the bedroom doors didn’t latch, and the bathroom door was loose. There are only 23 garages and 26 units so for my entire lease I was never offered a garage despite being told when one opens up I will be offered one. The CURRENT (as of 05/24) property manager likes to take other tangents parking spots/break rules stated in the lease because who’s going to stop him? They gave us a faulty gate clicker and when it stopped working they charged us $50 for a $6 clicker they bought and programmed from Amazon. There is only a 3 day grace period for payments. Neighbors are SO rude and loud at all hours of the day. There is never any street parking. Outgoing mail never gets picked up. I only stayed there because I had no choice but I would not recommend unless you have no other choice. “Luxury” yeah right $2k a month for a below average apartment. In Response to the "owners" reply to my review. If this is what you encourage then maybe you should inform your apartment manager Vanessa as she is listing these postings on social media and when i contacted her she mentioned absolutely nothing about appointments through your website. I understand apartments rent quickly and that is fine. What was unprofessional about the situation is that if i had not contacted Vanessa that morning to notify her i would be there shortly she would have never informed me of there being no more availability and i would have drove out there and wasted my time more then it has already been wasted for nothing. I'm honestly greatful i didn't rent an apartment at your property if your complex manager can't even handle keeping appointments. Thankfully i found another apartment that so far seems much better managed. The apartment complex manager Vanessa is very unprofessional. I had an appointment i made a week in advance to view a unit and an hour before our appointment i messaged and contacted her so follow up and touch base. She replied that all of the complexes were rented. Which is fine but it would have been more professional of her to let me know this more than an hour before our appointment as i work like everyone else does and had to rearrange my schedule. Based off this experience alone i would not recommend contacting them. Maybe unless you're desperate. The complex isnt even that nice for what they are trying to charge either.
