Don’t rent from this place! I have been trying to get money back for an overpayment. Not a deposit but an overpayment. I have been told 4-6 weeks numerous times. My daughter moved out 7/31/25. It’s been almost 4 months and still no refund for an overpayment? Management was supposed to call still nothing. I shouldn’t have to call repeatedly for a refund. Not a deposit.

I love living here!! The staff and maintenance are so nice and always on time/ around when I need something. I receive a lot of packages in the mail and I've never had a problem with someone helping me its always a breeze! Also its always very clean in the building and maintenance responds very quickly to any issue I've had. Perfect little spot right on West Broad and I have a great view of the city from my room! Couldn't be happier with my first home away from home highly recommend!

Be prepared to potentially having to replace food because the fridges they provide are horrible. Today marks the 3rd time the fridge stopped cooling within a little over two years if living here, and they never seem to last more than a year before they stop cooling again after a replacement. They also leak water and the freezer fills with ice for no reason, and it will block the bottom vents if you dont remove it every now and then. Reviews of the fridge modle online show similar reviews, so it's indeed just a bad fridge and not user error. Maintenance is at lease responsive and friendly about the problem. Make sure you get a fridge thermometer if you do decide to live here so you will at least notice that it's stopped cooling faster and potentially have a chance to save your food. The main thing that has kept me here was proximity to classes, but I'm glad I'm graduating soon.

Maintenance has consistently been timely, effective, and friendly! They’ve quickly fixed several appliances in my apartment, often arriving the day after I submit a request. Just keep in mind that they don’t work on weekends.

Before I began my ever loving tangent on how horrible it is to live here. I would like to thank each and every single one of the people at the front desk for answering all of my dumb and silly questions on the phone and in person. You guys rock and don't get paid enough to deal with how ridiculous and rude residents can be. So a big big thank you to all of you! Alright. First, elevators are either filthy, reek of weed, or urine or just are overall a mess if it has broken down. One washing machine on my floor broke, maintenance request after maintenance request and nothing was done about it. Paying for laundry? seriously? I had to deal with paper thin hallway walls, narrow hallways, lack of security past 5pm or 6pm and this building doesn't have the decency to have laundry be available to residents for free? Wow, just wow. This building needs a serious makeover. so many cracks, terrible paint jobs. Lock Change: The maintenance men barged right into my room WITHOUT asking. When I confronted them about the intrusions they claimed the apartment requested them to do the locks step by step at each room rather then completing one lock and moving onto the next and so on. Really?! As all of that wasn't bad enough, the little community/rec rooms for the 4th and 5th floor are all blocked up. If you need a not so expensive place to crash for a semester that's close to campus and it's your LAST resort, then sure. Sign the lease. Other than that? AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT IS THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. Thank you.
