This place is the most unprofessional place I have stayed at throughout college. I would not recommend anyone live here, in fact, I regret ever staying here. One of my roommates wrote a review 11 months ago, so I know we have been dealing with rats for quite some time. The exterminators have not been effective, and despite repeatedly contacting property management about this ongoing issue, we were eventually told that we should pay for our own exterminator since they are aware the one they contract is not effective. They only set out cheap sticky traps that do nothing. We have had to pay for our own traps and replace food that has been contaminated by rats, as they typically live in the pantry. I also had to throw away my Tasmanian Uggs because a rat got inside and defecated in them. I do not keep food or trash in my room, yet a rat still managed to get in. I witnessed it myself as it ran from my dresser to underneath my bed. Safe to say, I left and went home that weekend because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Overall, we continue to contact management and provide proof of the issue, but nothing is done. We have had to take matters into our own hands by trying to trap them ourselves. Every time we think the problem is resolved, another rat appears. It is an ongoing cycle that never gets resolved. Additionally, it lives in the oven and underneath the dishwasher so good luck cooking!

it may seem like a good price but with all the hidden fees and how expensive parking is its actually quite expensive. the mailroom lost multiple of my packages. our heating didn't work on the bottom floor. we had to use our own steam cleaner to clean the carpets when we moved in because they didn't like they were supposed to. also there were multiple times where my rent price didn't make any sense and i would email asking why and they would just remove certain charges without explanation. I would not recommend living there if at all possable and will not be renewing my lease.

Griffin, Caitlyn, and Noah are awesome!! They are super helpful anytime I need assistance and very kind when i ask questions. The maintenance team, Tommy and Rodney, also have an amazing turnaround time, and will even fix things within the house outside of our maintenance request during the scheduled time, if they can. I’m very thankful for a sweet and helpful team.

The place is cheap as well as the service. You might as well just spring for the extra $200 at any other respectable building. The worst communication and customer service that I have ever experienced. The maintenance man, Scott, is not only inconsiderate, but rude and disrespectful. As for the property manager, Caitlyn, she is not too far off. If you look past the professional jargon you can see she is not only unfit but unsympathetic to anything going on with her residents and quite frankly I would recommend another profession to both of them if serving college students doesn’t speak to their passions. My unit has flooded three times with sewage water due to their laughably incompetent plumbing and only after the third time did they send cleaners and not on their own of course, but after constant calls and meetings. The maintenance man, Scott, never did full inspections of any of the affected areas. Often resorting to a check and guess rather than doing his job. He even said that when it happened the second time, that the mop that was placed outside of the bathroom was responsible for sewage water flooding in through the fan of the bathroom. I cannot stress this enough save your money!

If I could give them a zero I would but I can't so I give them a one star. We keep our place clean and got a random mouse infestation in our unit. We notified maintenance they came in and placed 3 sticky straps which didn't abs nothing. We reported it again because there was installation in the oven/stove that is being used as nesting for the mice that we have noticed. we reported them to check it out as this is a huge sanitary concern and our well-being. They came in for not even 30 seconds looked at it and said we don't have mice and the installation is normal. We have seen the mice with our own eyes. We installed our own mouse traps of better quality but have had no luck. It has been 2 months and they are doing bare minimum. We went again today after we saw the mouse come out under the fridge and they had told us that they came this morning to add barbed wire. WHICH IS A LIE. We had people in our kitchen the hour that they "supposedly" said they were here at. Our kitchen appliances and fridge is in the exact same position everything was untouched. We asked if we could get a new stove as it is a health hazard to be cooking with the stove that mouse droppings inside. The maintenance said there is nothing we can do and ask the landlord to do something about it. They don't care about their tenants and don't know how to manage their place.
