Katelyn Court Apartments, richmond-ky

I had an excellent experience while staying at this apartment complex! Sean (the apartment manager) and Jim (the front desk manager) are such great guys! I was always able to get any questions I had answered right away, and they were able to resolve any issues I had experienced in a polite and prompt manner. The maintenance technician (Shorty) is also a great guy! I am sad I had to leave, but am very grateful for the experience I have had at this place and the kindness that I was shown!

Well I think they are paying people to leave good reviews… first moved in it was fine until we turned the lights on the next day and 4000000 cockroaches scattered everywhere. Sprayed 3 times never worked.. the bathroom has mold under the tiles. The carpet is DISGUSTING. No one answers the phone it’s all robots and the neighbors WWE fight all night long. The electrical outlets are so old nothing will stay plugged in. They lie about pricing was told it was 695 a month ended up being 750. Garbage stays piled up 24/7 in wall AC unit has mold. The apartments say no smoking but the bathroom walls were yellow… definitely do not recommend.

Lived here 2 years. Great for a single person just getting started. Heating cooling is window unit, small space, carpet throughout save for bathroom and kitchen. Office is super nice. Convenient location. Moved out just cause I needed more space. Single bedroom for me was $650 and electric was $20-70 depending on how much the wall unit was used.

I lived here back when rent was 350 per month for a one bedroom. It was a nice place then, I have no idea what it is like now. Back then it was owned by the Foley family. Anyway, overall it was a nice place to live. Loved the in site laundromat.

I lived here for two years during college and this was my first apartment. The management is so great and very concerned about their residents. The maintenance crew is always helpful and friendly and willing to fix any problem you have and fast! My air conditioner went out during the night and I called management and the maintenance man was at my door the very next morning with a new unit! Katelyn Court is amazing and helpful and is extremely safe. I never once felt unsafe living there! All of the other tenants are great and friendly as well! I highly recommend living there especially if you’re a student living off campus for the first time!
