The Towers Two - Women Approved Housing, rexburg-id

I love the towers 2! They management is super chill and genuinely cares about you! They have reasonable rules for the apartment that helps keep it less chaotic. They also have a lot of study room that are super nice for during the week when you need to study.

The Towers is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve stayed at. Not only are the apartments nice and clean, but it feels like an actual home with how they designed the layout. It does feel spacious and open. Plus, I’ve had consistently great roommates at the Towers and management is incredibly nice and easy to talk with. Just reach out and they’ll help you with whatever you need!

My daughter had a good experience living in an apartment here for the one semester. At the beginning of her second semester of living here she broke her foot and needed to move home. She sold her lease to another student, signed the required transfer paperwork and that student paid Towers II to take over the lease. My daughter has waited 3 months for her refund from Towers and she has still not received her refund. Our address hasn’t changed and they confirmed they have it on file. She has spent months calling and talking to management twice a week asking when she will receive her refund and every time management says it “was sent in the mail 2 days ago”. Which isn’t true or she would have received it months ago. They are dishonest and it’s unfortunate that they are approved to rent to students of a church sponsored college. I would have never guessed that we would need to get a lawyer involved just to get a rent refund. This is ridiculous.

I've lived here for 5 semesters and it's a great place! The amenities are super nice to have and it's a good community. The apartments are also really nice and there's lots of space

I love The Towers!! I had a corner apartment and lived with 5 other girls. The rooms and shared rooms are so spacious and there are such great study rooms here! I love that they have covered parking too:) Our couch low key is so uncomfortable, I wish that they would replace the cushions. But everything else is great! There’s two big fridges and other nice appliances. Service is also super fast. I highly recommend living here!!
