The Cove | South Fork Property Management, LLC, rexburg-id

I lived at the Cove for 3 semesters and I truly loved living there!! The apartments are spacious (i had soooo many clothes and random things and I had extra room in my closet). The living room and kitchen is nice and updated. It’s only about 10-15 minutes of a walk from my apartment door on the 4th floor to my class desk on campus which was so nice. The rent was so worth the money and there’s plenty of discounts offered to help as well. Having a gym right there was an actual life saver for me while living at the Cove. Also having the park right across the street was so much fun. Not to mention that the management girls were the kindest and most helpful people ever!!! They also were super fun and involved ! After going to my friends apartments throughout the years , I always felt so lucky to live at the Cove and not deal with any issues like the other complexes had. Also if we did have any issues, we would text management and, I kid you not, MINUTES later a guy would come up to fix whatever issue we had. Overall, I 100% recommend the Cove to anyone looking for a nice and worry free place to live in Rexburg.

This was the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments itself were nice, but the people were terrible. Residents had drugs and alcohol blatantly in the apartments and management would do nothing about conflicts. Police often would show up outside the building for various reasons. People would be yelling throughout all hours of the night swearing at each other or video games they were playing. I would steer clear of here if you want to feel safe when you go home and not like someone will murder you in your sleep.

Not worth the money. I thought for the price the management, maintenance and facilities would be good or at least decent. The Management is not helpful and very rude. They will fine you almost $ 100 if you want to leave once all your finals are done. You have to stay until they say you can leave. They will not work with you at all they just say you signed the lease.

Such a fun place. The amenities are amazing! The two hot tubs, the GIANT tv, and even all the study rooms. So much to offer and about the same cost as most other places. Beautiful view of porter park and not too far from campus. The rooms feel bigger than some other complexes and having two fridges is great.

I lived here for 2 years and just recently moved out because I got married ( I met my husband here at the cove!) but I absolutely loved living at The Cove every second I was there! The management is quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues, they are more than happy to work with you and do whatever they can to help. They also go above and beyond to make their residents feel appreciated and welcome! They always have prizes, activities and social events to look forward to and always make sure their residents have fun! This is a very social apartment complex and everyone is so nice! Great location, it’s close to the shops down on W Second S, and not a far walk from campus at all! Highly recommend!!
