Sundance Apartments - BYU-Idaho Approved Housing, rexburg-id

Sundance is easily the best place to live in the area. They have individual apartment storage unit! (The room is smaller). The ward is great and the management is incredibly responsible. Having lived at Center Square previously—where final checkouts were never on time. I really appreciate Sundance’s system. They use SignUpGenius, which offers great flexibility; I scheduled my checkout for 2:00 PM, and they arrived exactly on time. The application process is also much smoother than at Tower II or The Gates. The fee is an affordable $75, and you don’t have to deal with the hassle of uploading bank statements and IDs like you’re applying for a high-end apartment. Everything here is smooth and easy; I have no complaints at all. They also returned deposit fast. They don’t accept cash or check. Only online payment. Application fee $75. Individual parking pass $100

best apartments ever. The apartments are nice, up to date, and I rarely experience any issues. The workers are so nice and always happy to help you. Theres constant activities and fun things to do while staying here. 10/10 would recommend. Great place to stay :)

Sundance is nice inside but the staff are pretty unreasonable and will try to charge you any way they can. There is also no amenities compared to other places. I’d recommend living somewhere else!

I have lived at Sundance the past few semesters, and for the most part it has been an ok place to live. Although, it is quite overpriced for not having hardly any amenities and terrible parking. I was also pretty disappointed when I moved into my apartment in the fall and there were dirty dishes in my dishwasher from a previous resident, even though management told me that they had gone through and done clean checks in my apartment before moving in. The ward is amazing though and that is what has been keeping me living at Sundance.

Sundance is amazing!! The office always is doing fun activities that get everybody engaged and feeling comfortable. I love that they always have a smile on their face when I walk in!
