Shelbourne Apartments, rexburg-id

I loved my semester here at Shelbourne! Management is super amazing and attentive if needed. Proximity to campus is a huge plus, and the ward is also fantastic. Hands down my favorite student housing complex!

Highlights: Great management, fast maintenance response time, clean apartments, friendly community, close to the Temple and the campus. *Water temperature range was amazing; Refrigerator cold or Hot cocoa hot, and everything in between. If I could stay here again, I would do so without hesitation.

At Shelbourne you get your own washer/dryer and have your own gym. Apartments look nice. You also have AC which not a lot of other apartments have. Best apartment on campus by far.

Shelbourne Apartments has been the only place I’ve lived during my time in college, and I’ve had a great experience here. The managers are kind and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a big difference. The living room is spacious and comes with a great TV, and having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. It’s one of those things you don’t realize how much you’ll love until you have it. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and reliable place to live, and I’d recommend it to any student for looking for a great apartment.

I've stayed in Shelbourne for a total of 2 semesters. There's a lot I've enjoyed about my stay. The apartments are roomy, parking has never been an issue, and being close to campus is really nice! I've also really appreciated Lia, the manager. She's easy to get ahold of, she's been very helpful with any issues I've had, and she just puts me at ease. She knows her tenants by name, and she always has a big smile! Could not recommend Shelbourne enough!
