Riviera Apartments, rexburg-id

This place is great! Not only is it super cheap and super close to campus (like SUPER close to campus, I had a class in the Romney building and it literally took me 4 mins to walk there) the management is amazing! The apartment rooms are a little small but very roomie. We have a big roku TV, two fridges, and two small bathrooms. It's a good place for how cheap it is

I never knew they had a history of mold in their apartments since 2020. It eventually happened to me and it affected $450 worth of collectibles and had to toss the boxes away; Plus one of my boxes smelled really bad. AI confirmed with me that I should be eligible for reimbursement, but Riviera Apartments has been intentionally ignoring my emails and told me that I was the cause of the mold growth, and clearly, this is the negligence of the landlord. Not to mention, the mold recurred 3 times within winter semester of 2026. The housing office also claims that Riviera's contract doesn't apply to my situation, but AI says otherwise. This is the Lord's school and this behavior shouldn't be allowed.

They are wonderful! It was well worth it to live here, and a perfect place for financially tight college students, especially ones without a car. Management is friendly and responsive, and the apartments are connected to a friendly, close knit ward! I have been so grateful to stay here, and love the experiences I had! 🤍

I really enjoyed staying at Rivera these past two semesters; the location is super convenient, the apartments have good storage and living space, and the managers are really kind and responsive and personable, they all remember my name when I chat with them. The apartments are old and homey, with good maintenance, and really good for not very expensive.

Great apartments with very down to earth people. It is affordable and right next door to campus with everything under 15 minutes away! The managers are amazing and super easy to work with!
