Pinnacle Point Apartments, rexburg-id

An honest review of pinnacle point apartments I have lived here for 3 semesters and overall have enjoyed my experience I room with 5 guys who I know well so we are able to have a good time. All that said pinnacle point has many pros but also many cons Pros Game room and theater room, also there is a gym on site available for use any time of the day. The AC is also very nice and apartments stay cool for most of the day. The management is kind they are both students and they try their best to help you. There has been many who have said they are not fans of the new management, however this is because they are comparing them to the old management Jim who was simply one of a kind individual. However if they give them a chance they will find that Adam and Heather are both very kind and want only to help you. As of July 2025 you still get a 100$ loaded onto a prepaid card to spend at the vending machines which is a nice incentive. Cons to preface I want to say that most cons have to do with the run down aspect of pinnacle point. This building was renovated from an old pool house and it shows. To start there is almost zero natural light only small windows in the bedrooms and no windows in the living rooms. The bathrooms are also extremely small because of the standing shower water often leaks over into the floor and water damage is noticeable. The carpets are also very dingy and would benefit greatly from being replaced. The walls have several paint chips and small holes that have been there for the entirety of my time here. The laundry machines are very hit and miss. The machines themselves are mediocre you often will have to dry your clothes twice to be able to properly dry them. There is also a policy where you cannot use the laundry room after midnight, however this is often ignored. The outside building also shows many signs of wear, most famously being described as the outside of a Soviet prison. The price is the biggest factor that gives this place 3 stars it has been raised to 1500+ along with a 100$ parking pass. Even with the amenities in my opinion you are better off somewhere else for much cheaper.

Great value for the price! This place is surprisingly affordable, especially given how close it is to the school — just a short walk or a few minutes' bike ride. Super convenient for students or anyone who needs to be on campus often. The location alone makes it worth it, and you really can't beat the rent for this area. Definitely recommend if you're looking to save money without being far from school."

Pinnacle Point is a great place to live! I appreciate the amenities such as the gym, theater room, and tables for card and billiard games. The availability of a vending machine and game events, where you can win credits, adds a fun touch. Being able to spot little animals from the window is a delightful feature. Jim, the manager, stands out as an awesome and friendly guy who creates a welcoming atmosphere. Unlimited laundry is a big plus, and the convenience of an indoor laundry room, especially in winter, is appreciated. While sharing a room with three people might be a concern for some, having good roommates can make the experience enjoyable. The limitation of not being able to open windows is noted, but the use of AC and kitchen fan for air circulation is a reasonable workaround. The small bathroom is a minor drawback. Tent is $1100-1300 sometimes they give $100 vending machine credit. Pinnacle Point overall offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

The contract process is hasslesome, but the lounge and study spaces are phenomenal, and it's fairly close to campus! I hope to stay until I graduate.

They are close to campus, offer free wifi, have games and amazing stuff out front. Honestly, just the best!
