NorthPoint Apartments, rexburg-id

Second semester at Northpoint it’s been a great place to be! The amenities are awesome and have tons of stuff to cure boredom. They even do fun events like nacho day and fondue day! Love using there grills which are very nice and easy to use. Couch’s are nice to take naps on and even sleep on for a movie night.

First semester staying here absolutely fell in love here at Northpoint. Amazing staff amazing technicians absolutely loving it. I love the room and lay out and it’s so great. Easy to re-register. And have the people I want to be my roommates.

Management is super nice and always willing to work with you. The front office is always willing to answer questions. They even help put you in the same apartment as your buddies, what else could you want?! On top of that the amenities are pretty nice, from theater rooms to it's own basement gym. Proximity to campus is super convenient. You're literally in a position to walk everywhere living here. Not to mention the living spaces are pretty spacious and easy to keep clean. In a wrap I would recommend anyone to sign with North Point. Y'all can take a tour with the amazing office staff as well.

Loved living here! The gym is my favorite of any other apartment and the people who work at the front desk are super sweet. The only problem is we had some trouble with the people who did cleaning checks. Sometimes we’d fail even after cleaning, and on the final clean check every single person in our apartment got fined $20-$45+ each. One of our roommates spent an entire day doing his clean check and still was fined. Other than that the location and everything is great!

My daughter absolutely loved living at North Point. She loved her apartment and all the amenities. Management was always very helpful. She loved how close her apartment was to campus and to the grocery store. I would highly recommend living here.
