I love the atmosphere here! Great ward, great amenities, and they host swing dancing in the parking lot regularly. Their AC in the girls apt doesn’t work until a certain part of the summer which is kind of a bummer, but better than nothing. I love that they have a keypad on the door so you don’t have to carry a key around.

Used to love Nauvoo house but they have upped the cost so much recently. They have been getting pretty low reviews over the last year + I’ve lived here and to compensate they make all their maintenance request ratings come here. So anytime anyone rates them fixing the 20th broken thing in their apartment 5 stars it boosts the apartment rating here in an unrealistic way. That’s pretty shady guys… ***Update*** The girls are now without any water because mold ate the floor of the boiler room. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?!?!?

Nauvoo has been my home since spring of last year! Only leaving them because I'm getting married soon but guess what I met my fiancee here! So highly recommend Nauvoo house for the friendly management, a maintenance team that's always ON IT whenever we had problems, and the fun social atmosphere. If you want to make friends or even find your fiancee, go to Nauvoo!!

Enjoyable housing experience! Staff is friendly, responsive, and engaging. Maintenance is quick and well done. Amenities are great and easy to reserve. Hot water flows out of the sink or shower within a few seconds. Security on the doors is a welcome feature. Big parking lot, vending machine in the clubhouse, good layout…it’s a good time.
