Kensington Manor, rexburg-id

I’ve been at Kensington Manor 4 semesters now and they have not let me down once the place is very cheap and very close to campus so since I’m in the Smith building it’s really fast to walk. The Ward is also very underrated and everyone is super social would definitely recommend!

I love Kensington! I lived a few other places in Rexburg and kept looking. When I found Kensington I knew I had found my place! I lived there for 3 years and every roommate has been so kind and fun. The people that Kensington attracts are amazing. Management is super kind and very willing to work with you. They do a great job keeping the property clean and safe. Definitely a place to call home!

Kensington was my favorite complex! I stayed here for several semesters before I graduated and so have several of my siblings. The apartments are great for the price and you can tell that they work really hard to keep them in good condition. The wards are awesome! Lots of good people there. I also liked that it was on the quieter side of campus where there’s not as much going on. Management was also kind and genuine. Overall just a great place!

I’ve lived at Kensington manor the entire time I’ve been here at school (3 years). The wards are friendly and it’s right next to campus across from the student health center and Smith building. I’ve made great friends while living here. Management has always been accommodating and helpful when asked. Every complex has issues, and whenever one pops up here it’s resolved in a couple of days. Here’s an extreme example: The water heaters unexpectedly died out Winter 2025, and it took almost a week to get fixed because it was so sudden. Luckily that’s been resolved and now the coldest water ever gets is lukewarm. Even busy Sunday mornings! The one complaint I have about here for Men’s is the slow Wi-Fi when it’s being heavily used. If you’re a competitive gamer, I’d get your own Wi-Fi service because your ping’s gonna be like 300 on Friday nights when all the TVs are being used.

A bad place start to finish. If you like having poor management and have to deal with noisy roommates and neighbors go here. Plus things like summer and winter break are not included. It gets very expensive super quick. Plus the room are falling apart and most appliances are one step away from self destructing. Avoid if possible.
