Haven Red Apartments, rexburg-id

Great place to stay at! Management is fantastic and super easy to talk with. In 2 years all my roommates have been really awesome, there's something about red haven that just attracts good people. The one thing is that sometimes maintenance fixes aren't great. Our door doesn't shut all the way and leaks cold air and we've had it fixed 3 or 4 times but it keeps reverting back.

I have spent 7 semesters here. The managers are so nice! They are flexible and have made living here a joy! The lounges are very comfortable and are good places to study or hang out with friends. The kitchen is fairly large and the roommates are awesome. I think the appartments are a great place to live you on a budget and are looking to make good friends.

I spent three semesters here and at first I loved it. The apartments were nice and while clean checks where weekly they always left a good spirit in the apartment. I loved my roommates and wanted to stay to keep my calling as Elders Quorm President. Maintenance was great. Rent was cheap. So what happened... The clean checks became white gloves and the management became awful to work with. The bathtub got marked during a clean check 2 weeks in a row so I went to the office and asked about it assuming I was cleaning it wrong... Nope not only was I cleaning it correctly according to them but putting in 4x the amount of time than was needed. So I figured after my conversation with them I would stop getting marked for the tub. I was wrong... That continued to mark me unfairly and I continued to go to the office and prove to them that the tub was clean. Like I would eat out of it kind of clean. One time I was home when the clean check person came by and I showed them and they after already marking me for a dirty tub agreed that the tub was clean and undid the mark. Throughout this whole time they where super slow to get back to me and ignored me at least once. And it wasn't just me. In my ministry to my ward I frequently heard other expiriancing the same stress and frustrations. The nail in the coffin was when my brother car got booted because management gave him the wrong sticker for parking. There are better complexes for the same price. TLDR Best nest Housing sucks. They do not fix problems they create them.

The management is great the apartments are clean and well maintained I don’t have any complaints

I've been here for a semester, and I like it here. Management is wonderful, they go out of their way to make sure everything is good. The apartment could stand to have some work done to it, but it's not horrible. I really like how all of the basics are included, like a washer/dryer etc so you don't have to go out and pay to use one like some apartments. The price is great, and it is quite roomy, which I love. Overall, despite the minor quirks (the biggest one in our case being that the lights flicker) I think it's a good place to live, and I plan on staying here more semesters.
