Good spot, good price, good ward. Maintenance requests are met promptly. Also reminds me of missionary apartments (in a good way). Kinda old, it's lucky the neighbors are so quiet because there is very little noise insulation.

It’s good for its price. If you live here you’re probably looking for cheaper housing so you can’t expect the best but you get your money’s worth! The placing near campus is actually so good as well! The carpets are kind of peeling but it’s good on space and the washers and dryers are free!!

Great Proximity to campus. One of the cheapest apartments around campus. Manager is really nice. Great people around here. A little small and not a lot of parking if you have a car, but great if you don't.

I really like the people around here. The apartment is pretty small and doesn't have some amenities you find at other apartment complexes, but the managers are REALLY good. Between it all, I'd give it 4 stars, though the managers themselves deserve 5 stars.

Great place! I plan to stay here for as long as I can. The price is great for a student. One of the biggest highlights is the position. It's right across the street from campus. Roommates are great. The space is almost just right, and the bathrooms are a lot better than I expected. A very reasonable spot.
