Cedars Heights, rexburg-id

My husband and I lived here from Sept of 2024-April of 2025 and will be going back this fall and we had the best experience!! It’s super close to campus, right next to some awesome food places and stores, has a parking garage, and GREAT management. My husband and I didn’t have a single complaint! There’s seriously no other place that compares!

I LOVE living here! It is close to everything! I can get dinner, dessert, a nice walk in the park, and an amazing view. The management here is so nice and easy to work with. They always keep everything plowed in the winter and it is always clean. I love that I can play ping pong and foosball, or have a study group over in the lobby. Luckily I don’t have to leave yet because I LOVE Cedars Heights! I can’t wait for spring and summer so I can open up my sliding glass door.

I have been at Cedars Heights for the past 8 months. I love it! It is hands down the best apartments in Rexburg. Worth the wait on the list! The apartments are super clean. They are amazing at maintenance. I have not had a single complaint. The entire management staff are super friendly and quick to respond to any problems (even small ones) as well. Compared to other apartments. This one gives you everything you need. Location, price, parking. Checks everything off on the list!

We loved living here. The apartments were super clean and modern looking. The covered parking lot as also a plus especially in the winter. They are the best located married housing in Rexburg. The management was kind and always helpful. Super easy to apply and also sell the contract. We are sad to move, but life moves on. Would definitely recommend!

As much as I complain about our apartment sometimes it has been great. Living so close to campus is amazing and all the other restaurants and shopping nearby is very convenient. It is also always very loud and bright at night which is frustrating but that is just because we live in the middle of town. The walls seem thick enough, I never seem to hear my neighbors which is great. I do feel that the building was a little rushed to finish because there are shortcuts all over our apartment but I really only notice them because I see them everyday. (For example the plastic plate that goes around our light switch was just cut leaving a sharp plastic edge because the light switch was placed too close to the door.) we have lived here since they opened in fall 2018 and when we signed our first lease we had to submit a ton of paper work about how this is “affordable housing” and stuff like that but when we resigned our rent jumped up by $65 dollars. I specifically remember when first signing, management telling me that they have a deal with the city and that since it is “affordable housing” the rent won’t go up but clearly that wasn’t true. We pay $800 a month + parking and + electricity for a one and a half bedroom (the half bedroom is a glorified closet really) which is a little much for the amount of space compared to other places in Rexburg but really we are just paying for the location which I’m okay with. Being so close to campus in married housing is amazing. I would recommend cedar heights. (They also only allow parking for one car which is a little ridiculous because a lot of married people have two cars)
