Carriage House, rexburg-id

Carriage house is so amazing! I was here for my first two semesters of college and it has been nothing but a good experience! I love the open layout of the complexes! The management is also so amazing! They are easy to work with and so kind, they also keep up on management really well! Everything here has been so good! 10/10 recommend!

I lived at Carriage House for a whole year and let me tell you, Ive been in 3 different student housing and this one is by far my favorite. The ward is amazing, my roommates the best ones ever! But I want to give an Standing ovation for the management! Im graduating now but I will for sure miss having Kate and Shalynn as my Managers! They are sweet and Kind! Well I hope you choose carriage house as a place to stay during your time in school, you wont regret.

I LOVE Carriage House Apts!! It is the BEST complex to live! So close to campus and the gym. Wonderful managers and amazing roommates! So clean and spacious, tons of storage! Love the in-unit washer and dryer, a LOT of space in the 2 fridges. The lounge is so cozy. Ward and bishopric is awesome. It feels like HOME♡. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I lived here for 2 semesters. The biggest Pros of living here are the in-unit dryer and washer, washing machine, and the maintenance team is AMAZINGLY fast. Cons for me would have to be the management. Personally, I have a strict 8-5 schedule for work/school, and multiple times I would try to go into the office during the hours they said they were open, only to find they had left early or had gone to lunch without a note left. I also think the price is not bad for the apartment, but the parking pass is way too expensive. I paid 110 for a gravel lot, which would sometimes have no spots due to them putting guest parking in the same parking lot. Overall, not bad, but I would prefer to pay a little more somewhere else.

Absolutely LIVED Carriage House!! The management is so nice and understanding, I’ve stayed here for 2 semesters and so far the girls here are awesome. The layout is really cute, totally would recommend for incoming freshman to start off their college life!! A BIG THANKS to Carriage House!! 💕
