I have loved my time at Brighton. The apartments are kept really clean and tidy with yearly tunes ups during the summer. But that makes management more strict than most. Management is great though and they plan student appreciation weeks. I like living with only 3 roommates and the townhomes feel so homey and cozy. The ward is amazing!!!

I've lived at Brighton for 4 semesters now and I absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious and very homey. Management is always very kind and willing to help as well! They can be pretty strict when it comes to clean checks, but I don't mind because I would prefer they care about the cleanliness and upkeep of their apartments rather than let them rot.

Brighton is one of the best places to live! It is like my home away from home. The townhomes themselves are pretty nice and well maintained (even the old ones) the tenants that live here are really nice. Although they can be Clicky at first so if you are moving here, try to put yourself out there or come with friends you already know. The management is really great and they strive to get to know you personally, if you have a question they will answer it immediately. Their website isn’t totally updated and they claim they have 50 inch TVs which isn’t correct for all of the apartments. Also I wished they fixed the volleyball net. The only problem I have had is their final clean checks standards are above what the University requires (I know because I have helped with final check out process for the school’s housing). It was frustrating cleaning an apartment that has been around for 20 years for 8+ hours and still “failing”. Luckily they allow rechecks but if I wasn’t watching the charges to my account they would’ve charged me for failing even though I cleaned it and had proof for the rechecks. I almost got the university involved, but like I said the management is really nice and understanding that we were able to get it solved and catch the mistake before escalating the problem. Just keep an eye on the charges after the final clean check to make sure it is correct. The maintenance team is also really quick and fun to talk to!

Robbed my girlfriend of her deposit that was an issue from previous semesters. They knew about it and did it to all her roommates. Management in total stole 400$ from everyone to remove a command hook from someone from a previous semester. The apartments were nice tho

Brighton has been a great place to live. Love the layout & having 4 to a townhome. Little further from campus but still not a bad walk. They are pretty strict about cleaning at the end of the semester which some don’t like but I appreciated it when I moved into a clean apartment. Price isn’t bad at all (there are a few different prices for different townhomes) and it’s a fun community to be in.
