Bountiful Place Apartments, rexburg-id

I have been here for over six months and I’m loving it! The value of the apartment is great, and I really enjoy the space I have and the quiet evenings. I highly recommend anyone considering this place to put it at the top of their list. I also enjoy my roommates and the ward I attend. The only downside is that some of the parking spaces are a bit tight, and the laundry room can sometimes be hard to get into when it’s busy. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I’m looking forward to another semester here at Bountiful Place!

Bountiful Place Apartments is honestly one of best decisions you can make. A friend recommended it to me and I’ve stayed for the last 2 semesters. Don’t plan on going anywhere else. Management is awesome, the apartments are pretty decent, and honestly for the price, it’s one of the best deals you can find. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I’ve lived at Bountiful Place for a year now, and the experience has been remarkable. Management is consistently professional and always finds quick solutions to any issues. For the price, you truly cannot find a better apartment in Rexburg. Highly recommended!

I’ve lived at Bountiful Place for around a year and a half now, and I’ve loved it. The management is very friendly and the apartments are good for the price that they’re set at. I’m not the biggest fan of the laundromat downstairs, but I’ve gotten used to it.

Honestly this place has no right being as good and as nice as it is for the price. Good sized rooms and living space, close to the hot tub next door, the management (Sunnee and Kaitlyn at the time of writing this) are amazing, and not to mention the free waffles every week! I've been staying here for well over a year and its been enjoyable. Having previously stayed at the Gates, I must concede it's obviously not the most grand place in town, but while most other places feels like "you get what you pay for," Bountiful Place feels like a big step above other places for the price, truly the best kept secret of men's apartments in Rexburg. Absolutely the best value for BYU-I.
