Alpine Chalet, rexburg-id

I had lived at Alpine from spring of last year to the end spring semester this year and I absolutely loved my time here. Sure the apartments are not in the best condition but the people and the managers made it all worth it. One time my laundry code expired and it was at 7pm at night and so I texted the manager expecting a reply the next day but he replied to me that night, after they had closed which I thought was incredible. Everytime I had an issue they were quick to fix it. The only thing though is that some of the dryers don't dry the clothes at all and I had to do two cycles instead of just one. Another thing was there is no AC unfortunately! Other than that I'm really gonna miss living here. I loved it and really recommend this place if you don't mind it being over 50 years old and no AC. It's cheap and the culture is great!

The Alpine Chalet is a hole. I understood that when looking for a place for our son to live. What i did not expect was to have them violate Idaho rental laws. They charged for cleaning, when no cleaning was done. They charged for a dirty Microwave, when is was actually rusted out on the inside and could not be cleaned. They charged for a dirty stove u.der the cook top and did not clean it. The font door would not latch shut so forget about locking it and three of the Faucets would not shut off causing a lot of lime scale to build up, another reason for cleaning fee. Since the management is reply to helpful here, I thought I would continue to story. I provided all this feedback and document evidence of false charges two semester in a row. I gave them every opportunity to correct their actions and even reporting them to school student living and housing office. It is not worth the $80 combine cleaning fees for no work. After the second semester and second time they said they had to clean up unit, it was not rented. The pulled to it to update and remodel again with no cleaning actually being completed. If you did not know, a landlord can not charge you for work they never do. Redstone Residential owns this and 16 other student properties in Rexburg. I wouldn't rent from them at any location.

The smash tournament was an awesome event, the pizza was great to. Enjoying the location to campus and the fact we have our own amenities, it allows me to swim laps without having to walk all the way to campus

This place is so goated. Fun events and I love the free pizza and donuts. The gym is nice, the managers are easy to work with.

I love Alpine Chalet!!! There are great amenities, they have fun events with food, the management is amazing, and the social atmosphere is more than I could ever ask for in an apartment. This is the best complex I've ever stayed at and most people I've talked to agree. I plan on coming back here for future semesters.
