415 Flats, rexburg-id

We are so happy we found 415 Flats! The apartments are clean, spacious, and offer plenty of storage. Having an in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher was such a convenience. We lived in a corner unit and loved the large windows that brought in so much natural light. One of the biggest bonuses for us was the flexible contract. Thank you for providing such a wonderful furnished option here in Rexburg!

The best part of this apartment was certainly the management. Taybree was extremely responsive, and despite a small staff, it seemed like my issues were always met with at least as much haste as even an apartment like Eden Apartments, which is ran by a large, well-staffed corporation. The proximity to campus was great too. However, I can’t bring myself to give this place more than three stars simply for the fact that it’s wildly overpriced. Rent was 1100$ for the tiniest little dinky apartment I’ve ever been in. It was furnished, but the couch was not very comfortable. The TV didn’t have apple screenplay either which was inconvenient. It had some weird android screenplay that we never got to use because we don’t have androids. The bed frame was good, but the bedroom was just so small it was hard to move around, especially after we had our baby. You can’t fill the washer more than halfway full either. This place would have been a great deal if it was closer to 1000$ a month.

My husband and I lived here for over 2 years. The proximity to campus, in-unit washer and dryer, the modern look and cleanliness, along with the big windows (we saw LOTS of beautiful sunsets) made it our first choice when apartment shopping. Management communication is quick and kind. The move out process was a breeze because of clear standards and flexibility. One thing I think is unique about 415 flats is the great maintenance; For example, the parking lot is scraped multiple times throughout the winter, unlike any other complex I know! I can't recommend this place and the people who manage it enough. If it's in your budget, choose 415 Flats!

My husband and I have loved living in 415 Flats! We especially enjoy the amount of counter space in the kitchen and the size of the pantry. Management comes in regularly to change HVAC filters and works hard to ensure the complex remains updated with regard to furniture and appliances. The few times my husband and I have submitted maintenance requests, the response time has been extremely fast! And, we hardly ever hear noise coming from our next door and upstairs neighbors' apartments. Take into account that the complex is a 20 min walk from campus and only requires residents to purchase a mattress for furnishings, this is the place to be for married couples! Even though the monthly rate is higher than some other complexes, it is totally worth it.

My husband and I absolutely loved our time at 415! Beautiful apartments, sweet neighbors, and amazing management. Roughly a 15 minute walk to the south side of the BYUI campus. The church building is just across the street and has the best ward for married BYUI students! 415 undoubtedly deserves 5/5 stars!
