Living at Uncommon Reno has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The modern amenities are always well-maintained, the study spaces are perfect for staying focused, and the location couldn't be more convenient for getting to campus. What really sets it apart, though, is the management team—the staff at the front desk are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to anything you need. It genuinely feels like a community here, and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for an amazing place to live in Reno!

As a parent, it’s reassuring knowing my student is living at Uncommon Reno. The property is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the staff has always been professional and helpful. It’s comforting knowing there’s a supportive environment for students, especially for those living away from home for the first time. As someone who has a friend who lives at Uncommon Reno Apartments, the place is always clean and well kept. The vibrant colors are very welcoming, the units are really nice and homey, the couch is super comfortable, and the staff is always friendly. Every visit feels cozy.
