Hands down, the best student apartments around! Everyone gets their own private, locking bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared kitchen and living space. Having a washer and dryer in every apartment is such a bonus. The amenities and overall value are fantastic for the price. Management is responsive, the gym is clean and beautiful, and Maizie in the leasing office is amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with this property! I just toured it on Saturday, and signed the lease for my daughter to move in right away. This will be a great place for her this fall! Lilly did a fantastic job answering all my questions and helping me think through the options that would be best for my daughter. She was thorough and very nice! I’m so glad to have found my daughter a place she’ll be happy in and proud to call home.

I had a great experience with the process of leasing and a huge part of that was thanks to Maddie in the leasing office. She made the entire process feel easy which I really appreciated. She answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or confused. You can tell she really cares about making people feel confident and comfortable with their decisions. The republic is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

Sean was an AMAZING tour guide. Very thorough, patient, conscientious and mild mannered. Gave such a good representation of the property (and it’s absolutely beautiful!) cannot imagine having access to this type of place when I was in college. Don’t think I ever would have left! Thank you!

The Republic has been such a welcoming environment, from the second I walked in to the leasing office to the tour I have seen nothing but smiling faces. To say I am excited to live here next year is an understatement.
