My name is Melina I live here for 3 years. Today i called the office and let them know My air-conditioning not working at all I call at 4.48 pm The lady in the office was so rude She said they almost closed But my AC not working I need a new one I live here for 3 years They never give me a new ac I request from before They just send some man to come fix it and it work for just a few days and not working again. I pay for live here. Not live for free If Ac not work cause it too old I need a new one. We cant control Ac at all The lady in the office was so rude Dont want to listen my problems at all She said we almost closed I told her to just listen me for a minute So she will know what my problem is. She said no no no. That not the way u talk U the one are bithch. So i told her to shut up and listen and she hangup on me She dint care . Cause she want to go home. Your office is closed at 5 pm I called at 4.48 pm. This is not a frist time she been so rude to me Last time I harassing from my ex Make noise at nice I get notice from the office I called them and explained She said Nothing to do with that noise and told me why I not called to police How can I call the police cause we have no camera to prove anything Frist time in 3 years No empathy Not even ask Did I doing ok? Today about Ac That how I get treat If u are new tenant Before u sign up the contract Ask them to show u real room u will have to stay Cause they wont show u the room u will get U might have old Ac not working like I have The owner Do u know uour stuff are so rude?

My brother just moved in there..Very friendly staff,apartment very clean nice..Only complaint is that the air conditioner is set at a firm 75 degrees,and they get very very hot.He is a diabetic with oxygen and the heat is hard on him..Other than that,it's a really great place.He enjoys the pool which is so very well maintained!!He enjoys neighbors,so far he really likes it..Other than it being a heat problem,because of his medication,he is really pleased with his decision to rent there.I give the gals in the office a great thumbs up for all their work,and for their kind courtesies.. Thank you..A happy brother,makes me able to sleep at night!!

I have been living here for about 4 months, everything is very nice, the rooms are clean, the management is very attentive, the neighbors are very nice and friendly, our garden and garden fireplace are wonderful, quiet, peaceful environment. After the crowded noise and homeless people when I lived in the city center, this place is literally heaven, thank you Colonny Family.

Grounds are a park-like setting. Pool is cool and welcoming and clean. Love to be at Colony!

I've lived here for a few years. It's a great "starter" living area for most people - but I'll be living here until I can afford to buy property. Pros: Management is quick and responds to problems Maintaince guy is A+ Parking is never an issue Pool is in service during summer FREE propane grills Spectrum internet available in the area Rent is VERY reasonable They allow pets (pet deposit required) Online rent payments with a low payment fee (3.95 at the current time) Cons: My only real issue is how small the area is, plus the fact that most of the apartments have shared utilities (kitchen, bathroom). I personally don't mind - but it becomes an issue if you have guest staying for a day or so.
