This place has gone downhill fast. It used to be at least tolerable, but after the old manager left, it turned into a nightmare. The new manager is dishonest, careless, and totally unqualified. In my experience, the new manager came across as careless, unprofessional, and not suited for the role. She misplaced my Social Security number, brushed off my concerns about identity theft, and disappeared when the toilet broke. When I moved out, she tried to pin old damages on me to squeeze out extra money. I had emails from the previous manager and even confirmation from the prior tenant that the issue was settled long before I moved in, but none of that mattered. Their approach is simple: drain tenants for as much as possible, regardless of the truth. If you’re looking to get ripped off, ignored, and treated with zero respect, College Courtyard is the place for you. If you actually want fair pricing, larger rooms, and management that acts like professionals, go to Terrace. Otherwise, steer clear of this dump. NOTE: They also threatened me to try and get my negative reviews of them taken down. If you're wondering why they haven't gotten any negative reviews in the past, I'm guessing that they were successful in getting others to take theirs down. Good luck with that, College Courtyard!

Phyllis, the landlord, is the absolute best and I loved living here. Great prices compared to other complexes I looked at, quick maintenance and super responsive landlord. The location couldn’t be better and having good parking included (which for me was the garage underneath the building) is also amazing and hard to find. I loved my stay here and can’t recommend living here enough.

Great place to live. Super quiet, close to campus, a tad expensive but overall a great place to live!
