I've really enjoyed living at this student housing community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has great curb appeal, which makes it a welcoming place to come home to. The maintenance team is excellent and responds to requests very quickly. Repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner, and the staff always communicates well throughout the process. A special shoutout to Kannan, who consistently provides outstanding service. He's friendly, efficient, and takes pride in making sure every job is done right. It's great knowing the property is cared for by a team that truly values its residents.

Had a great time there as a student, a few years back. Amazing community, very nice housing and amenities (speedy WiFi, HVAC ; outdoors BBQ, gym/sports gear), convenient parking (for all kinds of vehicles) and overall location (gas station + Food Lion + Farmers' Market just around the corner), quite quiet neighborhood, practical shuttle service to the uni', property management and service were of high level, very nice/pleasant and responsive staff (never let me down when maintenance work had to be done). Would definitely recommend ; has left a great impression on me

I strongly do not recommend this apartment. My experience with the leasing office was stressful and frustrating from the beginning. The main reason I chose this apartment was because they promised me that I could move my furniture into the unit on July 22, before my previous lease ended, and then officially move in on August 1. Before signing, I called the leasing office twice to confirm this. Both times, they assured me that it would be possible and said they handled early move-ins like this every year. I relied on that promise when I decided to sign the lease. At the time I signed the lease, I also specifically asked them to change my official lease start date to August 1 instead of the normal mid-August start date. They agreed, and my signed lease clearly stated that the lease began on August 1. On July 18, I contacted them to confirm whether the room would be ready for me to move my furniture in on July 22. They suddenly told me it was not ready because they still needed time to clean it. I followed up again on July 21, and it was still not available. Because they did not follow through on what they had promised, I had to pack all of my belongings at the last minute and pay for a storage unit nearby. Then, when I went to officially move in on August 1, which was the start date written in my lease, they told me the room was still not ready. I did not receive my key until August 3. When I asked them to refund the rent for the days I could not access the apartment, they told me that other residents were not moving in until mid-August and that they had already allowed me to move in “early.” That response made no sense. Other residents’ move-in dates had nothing to do with my contract. My signed lease started on August 1, and I was paying rent starting August 1. The apartment should have been ready that day. The leasing office was also very disorganized during my time there. I once received a warning saying that I had not paid rent even though I had already paid it. They later admitted it was sent by mistake, but receiving a warning like that was still extremely stressful. There were also cockroaches around the property. The move-out charges were the final problem. I paid a $75 move-out fee, and then they charged me another $50 because they claimed the bathtub was not clean enough. If residents are already paying a move-out fee, what exactly is that fee supposed to cover? Overall, I dealt with broken promises, last-minute storage costs, a delayed move-in even after my lease had officially started, incorrect rent warnings, cockroaches, poor communication, and unreasonable charges. The leasing office repeatedly avoided responsibility and acted like they were doing me a favor when they were not even following the date written in their own contract. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance team! They are incredibly fast, professional, and always get the job done right the first time. It’s such a relief knowing that any issues will be handled quickly and with a great attitude. We really appreciate everything you do to keep things running smoothly!

Ce Ce was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process! From the moment I walked into the apartment complex, she was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely valued as a potential resident. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about helping people find the right home. Because of her , I feel even more confident about wanting to move here. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking into this community!
