I want to thank the Uncommon staff for being so helpful with all of our questions. As the guarantor, we wanted to make sure our daughter was settled in a safe and nice location. She can walk to all her classes from here. The staff was extremely helpful and also gave us great local food recommendations. The 5x5 Corner Premium apartment was perfect and we appreciated the mini fridge in the kitchen island. The 5 bedroom apartment is a great concept. Thank you to the entire Uncommon team.

Dawson brightens this place up so much and is so helpful. He’s very attentive and has such an amazing personality that makes you not be able to not smile! Really adds to the atmosphere. Love this place and the great staff!

I’ve had a great experience living at Uncommon Raleigh. The apartments are modern, clean, and fully furnished, which made moving in super easy. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the gym, study spaces, and common areas that actually feel useful for students. The location is perfect for NC State, and everything I need is close by and my business classes are a 3 minute walk across the street! Management and staff have been responsive and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Overall, it’s a amazing place to live if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient student apartment in Raleigh. I recommend to everyone!

Our daughter lived at Uncommon Raleigh for three years and absolutely loved her experience. As parents, one of the biggest priorities for us was safety, and we were consistently impressed with the security — it truly gave us peace of mind. There were never any incidents during her time there, which speaks volumes about how well the property is managed. One of the best parts of her experience was the roommate matching program. She was paired with great roommates and ended up making forever friends, which made her time there even more special. On top of that, the staff is a huge plus — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever anything came up. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to call home during those years.
