Whatever you do, DO NOT live here. It looks nice, but when you live here for awhile you start to notice the stupid things they do. In my 2 years of me living here, they’ve had contractors come in twice and spent ALL DAY extremely loud “redoing floors”. Their version of the renovation is just them literally gluing new floors onto the old ones, causing the front door to not close properly. They also couldn’t wait 2 months til everyone’s lease ends to do everyone’s rooms, causing the residents to literally move all of their belongings outside of their rooms. The lease also word for word states that they cannot enter for work unless the residents agree upon it or unless it’s for emergencies. They also just repainted the entire residence, which was literally sprayed so poorly and cheap by a spray gun. This called for the painters to once again enter the units and continue to then hand paint the balconies. This resulted in them, literally getting paint in multiple areas of our outdoor furniture on our balcony that we literally cannot get out. Also, their “parcel pending” package system sucks. The amount of times I’ve literally had to go into the office to have them get my package for me because the lockers just will not open when you enter your “secure code” is ridiculous. When we moved in, there are so many flaws to the paint jobs, furniture, literally everything. I haven’t even moved out yet (unfortunately) but I’m terrified for the amount they’re going to charge us when we move out, because of their own lack of maintenance and professional work to begin with. They literally prey on the fact that we’re all students, and wait for us to move out to charge us to fix their own mistakes and upgrade the apartments cheaply. Oh, and they also charge four roommates each $1200 plus utilities for a 4bed/4bath??? Ridiculous. They say they’re transparent and if we have issues to just email them or call them or contact them, but they all lack common knowledge, so the conversations get no where. So much more. Do yourself a favor and save yourself thousands of dollars and avoid this monstrosity at all costs and do not live here!!!!!!

Great location. Great units. Appliances are modern. Maintenance staff takes care of issues next or same (business) day—shout out to Jay and Frans. Walls between roommates are thick. Living room walls are thinner. Nearby construction can be loud, but I believe that is subsiding. During certain times of the year, there are blowers around 7:00 AM and it can get very loud; this is for units facing the outside (not the pool). This year, the building has ants in the walls. Dishwasher filters are not cleaned on move-in, make sure to clean them yourself or submit a maintenance request. No wild move-out charges; we kept out space clean. The only charges I had were for the stove's drip trays and shower tub cleaning: ~$40.

Natalya is the sweetest! Met her when I came in for a tour! She helped me with all my questions, and showed me around the building. Highly recommended Signature 1505!!

DON'T LIVE HERE! The management of this building is completely incompetent. My son lived here for a year, and the building has countless issues: smelly hallways, stained carpets in units, and constantly malfunctioning appliances. When he moved in the door to his apartment was not locked, it had other people's things in it and was fifty!! On top of that, when you move out, they'll hit you with outrageous charges for damages you didn't cause--this is a common experience among many unfortunate tenants. Each inquiry we made they hit us with a new charge and pictures of other people's apartment, no real proof! For the same price and location, you can easily find better options. This building preys on students and internationals by charging ridiculous fees. The current management is unqualified, and the staff lacks the necessary training to run the place properly. Better management is desperately needed. Avoid this place if you can! It's truly a shame because it's a great location and set up for college students. Definitely zero stars and I now see why my son wanted out!

Loved this building. Met a lovely young lady, Natalya, and she showed me around. Highly recommended, and can’t wait to come back.
