I’ve been living at Redpoint since I’ve started at NC state going on 4 years and everything is perfect! It’s a great experience living here, rates are lower than any housing I’ve seen. It’s at the center of everything while still being 2.5 miles from campus and feeling like a resort. the staff is always nice, especially Anna she’s always trying to make you feel welcomed! Maintenance is always quick to fix any work orders the only way it might take more time is if they need to order parts but even then they are always on top of it. They host tons of events at the clubhouse, my favorite is Halloween movie night and Friendsgiving. The pool is HUGE and always nice on hot sunny days. I would continue living here after I graduated if I could.

Very inclusive community with great amenities and fair housing prices for what they provide. The front office has great staff who helped make navigating my preferred layout very simple and easy, all while showing incredible kindness and patience. I would 100% recommend checking Redpoint Raleigh out if a strong community and spacious apartments is what you’re looking for. P.S. the pool lives up beyond its hype!

Redpoint Raleigh is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities that make it feel like home right away. The community itself is lively and friendly, with plenty of events and activities to bring people together. The location is super convenient, close to NC State and lots of great dining and shopping options. Plus, the staff here is incredibly helpful and responsive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are happy.
