Amazing staff (especially DJ, man is the goat at his job) willing to guide you through each step of applying, signing and navigating future moves. Site looks very well maintained and offers some great prices for units. Would highly recommend to any incoming NCSU students, close to campus as well as other necessities.

I have loved living at Paloma this year. Everything has been exceptional. The staff always responds fast and everything is always very clean. Definitely recommend it to any student at NC State.

I recently toured Paloma Raleigh, and I was truly impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and modern amenities that make it feel like home. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they take great care of the community. The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant. Definitely considering signing a lease—this place checks all the boxes!

Been living at Paloma Raleigh for 1.5 years in a 4x4 and love living here. All of the staff (maintenance especially) is amazing and are super responsive. It is hard for visitors to park (street parking only), but honestly the apartment quality, community, and amenities are worth the minor parking headache. (I’ve renewed my lease so it’s obviously a great place to live). Highly recommend Paloma Raleigh!!

I’ve been living in a townhome at Paloma Raleigh, and I couldn’t be happier. The space here is incredible. my room is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is always so kind and quick whenever I need something fixed, and they’re great with dogs, which means a lot as a pet owner. The leasing office has also been amazing; they’re friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions I have. On top of all that, the amenities are fantastic and make living here even better. I truly love calling Paloma Raleigh home and highly recommend it to anyone considering moving here!
