Leilani helped my son move in with ease when I couldn’t get approved myself, and I truly appreciate how attentive and understanding she was about my son’s situation. She went above and beyond by staying in contact and making sure he was well taken care of during his first move-in experience. When he moved in, everything was great — the only issue was a light bulb out in the bathroom, and that was taken care of right away. Thank you, Leilani, for making this process smooth, caring, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for about two years now, so I’ve seen a lot of residents and staff come and go. Through all of that, one person who has truly been consistent is Rune. She’s honestly been the anchor of this place, and I genuinely think without her, a lot of us (myself included) would have had a very different experience. That said, things have recently taken a really positive turn. We now have a new property manager and a new maintenance team, and it’s been such a noticeable upgrade. Work orders are actually getting handled in a timely way, and the rules and lease terms are being followed much more closely, which makes everything feel more organized and fair. Overall, compared to last year, the improvement has been huge, and it’s exciting to see the community moving in the right direction.

warning to Incoming Tenants: Proceed with Caution I am sharing this based on my personal experience living in this apartment complex. While the location may seem convenient, the quality of management and maintenance services has been extremely disappointing. I hope this helps future tenants. Ongoing Issues: Maintenance Requests Ignored: It often takes 5–10 service requests, along with multiple in-person visits, to get maintenance issue addressed. Phone calls are rarely answered, and the leasing staff, especially Kimberly, seem unprepared and often unable to provide answers or solutions. Incompetent Property Management: Hedley Cayasso, the property manager, has demonstrated a consistent inability to handle concerns brought to him. Communication is poor to nonexistent, leaving residents in unacceptable conditions for extended periods with no updates or resolutions. Lack of Safety Communication: There is no formal notice or communication when serious issues occur, including: Car break-ins Door kick-ins Gunshooting in the area Internet outages Fire alarms being pulled Pool access being revoked New roommates being added Strangers being granted access to tour the apartment The only consistent messages from the office are reminders about rent or closure notices. Unannounced Entry by Contracted maintenance personnel have entered the apartment without knocking or notice, using keys provided by management. This is both unsafe and unacceptable. When I raised this issue, the response from Hedley was defensive rather than constructive. Unresolved Issues/ reoccurring issues in My unit Broken front door lock (unable to lock the door) Non-functioning dryer Repeated air conditioning failures (apartment temperatures reaching 80–95°F) Water leaks from the A/C unit Holes made by maintenance workers left unrepaired until requests were made Peeling paint from the ceiling Water damage under all sinks cabinets I have attached images below to show the condition of the unit and the issues that occurred Final Thoughts: This has been a stressful and disappointing living experience. I would urge prospective tenants to ask detailed questions, inspect the unit carefully, and speak to current residents if possible before signing a lease.

I do not recommend living at Centennial Ridge or Village. I lived here for a few years and my experience was less than satisfactory. The first year was okay. The second and third year were horrendous. The at the time property manager Brenda was not someone who should be in customer service. Some days she’d be sweet but other days she’d display unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. You never knew which one you were going to get when you called or went in. During my last year as a resident I was living with a roommate who was not so easy to deal with. I requested to transfer units due to an unfortunate situation and was told I had to pay $200.00 to do so. While I understand there are policies THEY placed this person in the unit that I had already been living in for two years prior having had no issues before this person arrived. They also failed to maintain the property and when I would call about it being unkept and dirty they would tell me they didn’t see anything. Over the few years that I lived there I stopped inviting guests over because it was embarrassing. Dog waste throughout, litter and shopping carts from the plaza across the street.

Absolutely unprofessional management. I wasn’t planning to leave a bad review, but after everything I’ve dealt with, here it is. I’ve lived here for 1.5 years, and my bathroom ceiling leaked for the first four months with no real urgency to fix it. But today (April 1st), management sent an email stating that all cars needed to be moved for property repainting or they would be towed at the owner's expense—only to end the email with “April Fools.” Towing is expensive and stressful, and joking about something that could cost residents hundreds of dollars is beyond inappropriate. I called the office to confirm whether it was real, and Jasmine giggled, confirmed it was a joke, and hung up on me when I told her it wasn’t funny. Completely unprofessional. Beyond that, they fail to enforce their own rules. The pet policy allows a maximum of two pets per unit, but we currently have four (three cats and a dog). There are also four people living in a space meant for three, and their untrained dog attacks my cats. I told management months ago that I wanted to move out due to overcrowding and safety concerns (my roommates hit their animals) and not pay any fees for ending my lease and they said no. Now, they expect me to pay two months’ rent to end my lease early, even though the living conditions violate their own policies. I’m meeting with an attorney because I refuse to be charged for a situation they created and ignored. Save yourself the stress—do not live here.
