I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The leasing agent was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the tour informative without being pushy and did a great job highlighting the community’s amenities and available floor plans. I really appreciated their friendliness and knowledge, which made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent tour and outstanding customer service!

I loved living at Vie at Raleigh, the community is spacious and you don’t feel like your crammed in. There are a lot of great views and ample parking for residents. It’s kind of like a small city because of how big it is, so there’s always work being done to improve the community. The community is so large that every experience is different and highly encourage those new to the city to try it out even if for a single leasing term. It’s great location for the price and really helps you get adjusted to the city and surrounding towns.

Greystar is the worst and I will never stay in a property they own for the rest of my life. Don't be fooled by the modern lobby and new coat of paint, these units are run down. Our roof had multiple leaks and a rodent infestation that took maintenance months to fix. Our unit also had a fungus gnat infestation that was never addressed. If you do luck out a get a good unit you will still get loud, obnoxious neighbors that blast music at all hours of the night. Once you get sick of it and decide to move out, you will have to spend hours on the phone trying to get your deposit back. The only way we got ours back by the State mandated 60 days was threatening a lawsuit, and even then it came in one day before the deadline (funny how that works). One positive I can say is there were some employees that did help us deal with the issues (Johnathan and Chad), but it was clear they had to fight Greystar tooth and nail on everything.

Highly recommend seeing Chad and Alora if you’re apartment hunting. The manager Jonnathan and maintenance staff are top tier. Always willing to help and answer any questions!
