I really enjoy living here! The apartments are really spacious and it's nice having 2 bathrooms as well. To be so close to the University, it's generally pretty quiet. Management has always been so helpful and quick to respond. Caleb with maintenance is prompt and professional. I'm so glad I found this place after a previous bad rental experience. Price point is right too compared to other rentals in this area. It is within walking distance to RU and the neighborhood feels safe enough to walk my dog at night. I hope to renew my lease next year!

Don’t rent from here unless you love taking only cold showers and love having broken windows. Haven’t taken a hot or even warm shower in a year, the windows have been broken even longer. Maintenance rarely comes over to “fix” things. Even when they do come the problems are rarely fixed. The rent used to be cheap so I let it slide, but even after raising rent there are a plethora of issues. Definitely won’t be renewing my lease if I can help it. Willow Creek has some good staff but I find them to be negligent of their tenets needs overall

Willow Creek has been extremely helpful towards me during a difficult time and they are always really good about doing repairs as well. I genuinely don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews because I am not exaggerating when I say that they have gone above and beyond to help me and have been a wonderful place to live, I’ve been here since 2021.**I would like to add since I’ve noticed a lot of the bad reviews are regarding repairs, have you sent in any requests for repairs? Consider that before leaving a bad review** I used to live in government housing when I lived in poverty, and trust me, this isn’t that bad really.

Wasn't great before the new management took over but somehow got infinitely worse. Weird black stains and dripping sounds came from the ceilings and for a while there the water literally boiled out of the tap (took three separate maintenance calls to get the pipe to stop bursting out of the wall from the heat. The walls in my building were PAPER thin. Rent went up double what it was between my signing the lease and my leaving. The only good thing is that they hopefully followed through on separating from Simple Bills and their ample issues with overcharging.

So far living here has been extremely easy and awesome! When something isn't working, the maintenance workers are here within 24 hours and have it fixed within a matter of minutes. The move-in process was the easiest process I've ever had with a leasing company, as well.
